Local Bass Coast artists transform fence surrounding Cowes Cultural and Community Centre
An exciting initiative from Bass Coast Shire Council will see 28 artists supported to install 28 artworks.
Hoard - a Pop Up is an exhibition designed by council, working with Phillip Island Contemporary Exhibition Space Inc. (PICES), who curated two exhibitions of 14 artists over the period leading up to the opening of the new Cultural and Community Centre. The first stage of the exhibition has now begun, with the current 14 artworks to remain in place until the end of September. The second stage of the exhibition will run from the start of October, through until April 2023.
