Darren Chester presents achievement certificates to students at St Vincent de Paul Primary School in Morwell
Local MP Darren Chester presented student leaders at St Vincent de Paul Primary School in Morwell, with their achievement certificates.
Mr Chester spoke with the students about the history of migrants in our region and the role that diverse cultures have played in the development of the Latrobe Valley. "I always enjoy speaking with young leaders of the future at local schools like St Vincent De Paul Primary School in Morwell."

Listening to the family stories
Mr Chester also said, "I presented the leaders with their Achievement Certificates and discussed the history of migrants to our region, and the incredible role that diverse cultures have played in the development of the Latrobe Valley."
"It was great to listen to their family stories and hear how they've coped with learning from home, and their passion for their school and the local community." Mr Chester said.
