Introducing the Visitor Servicing Fund: Grants up to $625,000 available for innovative tools and ideas that enhance visitor experiences, promoting longer stays and increased spending in Victoria. Apply by July 3, 2023.
I wanted to alert you of the new Visitor Servicing Fund that has been launched. Grants of up to $625,000 are available to tourism organisations to develop innovative tools and ideas that allow visitors to easily book and plan visits, access information and connect with our state's best experiences. Projects could include improved booking and reservation platforms, online itinerary builders, AI information kiosks or local ambassador programs, to name a few.
The Visitor Servicing Fund aids Victoria's tourism industry by promoting innovative visitor information tools, enhancing longer stays and increased spending statewide
Grant applications now open
By providing high-quality, personalised and timely information on what to see and do around Victoria, the program aims to encourage visitors to spend more and stay longer. It will also set up the tourism industry for success ahead of the Commonwealth Games in 2026, helping visitors plan ahead and create the trip of a lifetime in regional Victoria.
Grant applications are now open and will close on Monday 3 July 2023. For further information please visit Visitor Servicing Fund page. If your business is interested in applying we would love to know. Latrobe City may also be able to assist with a letter of support for your project.
