Gardivalia - Visit 18 magnificent gardens around Warragul on 30 October 2021
18 gardens, one weekend with millions of blooms, join the Gardivalia 2021 from 30 Oct to 2 Nov.
Embrace the country drive through West Gippsland's famed rolling hills, as some of the region's best gardens open up their gates for Gardivalia, the annual festival celebrating gardens. Eighteen magnificent gardens will take part in the 2021 festival, some of them not usually open to the public. Take a wander through picturesque gardens and grab tips and inspiration from experienced garden owners.

Gardivalia event details
Gardivalia will take place on:
- WHAT: Gardivalia: festival of gardens
- WHEN: Sat 30 Oct - Tue 2 Nov
- WHERE: Around Warragul, West Gippsland, 1.5 hours' east of Melbourne. Get the map of gardens here.
- COST: Entry fees range from $5-10 per garden and cash is required

Festival of Gardens, Gardivalia showcases many different and beautiful gardens, the climate in Victoria offers perfect growing conditions for most types of wildflowers and the potted varieties showcasing an inspiring and well designed floral display
Gardivalia 2021 highlights
This year is a time for the Gardivalia Festival to once again bring pleasure to all, join us and see these highlights:
- Stroll in the natural bush setting of Tall Timbers (Piedmont) featuring many exotic trees, shrubs and appealing water features
- Visit Country Farm Perennials (Nayook), situated on 2.5 acres with unusual perennials, heritage roses and a rare seed and plant nursery
- Laurie Collins Sculpture Garden and Gallery (Jindivick) will be another special treat with demonstrations of plasma cutting of metal
- Relax under the shady trees at Killara (Nilma West), an inviting one acre cottage garden with spectacular rural views and recycled farm items. There will be many other remarkable gardens open to appeal to seasoned and newer gardeners in and around the Warragul area
Due to ongoing COVID restrictions, Gardivalia will be open for virtual and video tours this year 2021. Free virtual and video tours of individual gardens will be accessible on the Gardivalia website late October with the generous support of our sponsors and gardeners.
